Minnesota officials unveiled a wide range of information Friday regarding the rates that will be charged for insurance plans that will be offered next year on that state’s new insurance Marketplace (“MNsure”). A new Wisconsin Budget Project Blog post contrasts the Minnesota approach to the two-page release last week from the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) in Wisconsin – which is refusing to release the specific rate information.
