The report, Child Care in State Economies, examines the child care industry’s effect on parents’ participation in the labor force, and provides extensive details regarding the industry’s state economic impact, including: usage rates, the role of public funding, revenues, and business structure.

Info on CED:
CED was founded in 1942 by a group of business leaders and was initially formed to help the U.S. economy transition from a war-time to peace-time economy, playing a key role in the Marshall Plan.
